Purpose:
The
Fire Protection Division ensures public safety and promotes the
highest achievable quality of life for the Town of Riverhead's residents, business owners
and tourists.
The Fire Marshal
of the Town enforce the Town Code, and State Fire Regulations through measures and procedures that emphasize
compliance. Enforcement employs education along with fair, consistent and equitable
enforcement measures while protecting the constitutional rights of all Americans.
