Adopted Residential Zoning Use Districts
The adopted residential zoning use districts (Local Laws) are now available on the
internet for download and review. A Special Board Meeting was held at Riverhead Town Hall
on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 to adopt these Local Laws to amend Chapter 108 entitled,
“Zoning of the Riverhead Town Code.” An information session was held on Monday,
April 26, 2004 to provide background information about these Local Laws and implementation
of the Town of Riverhead Comprehensive Plan, as well as any parcel-specific questions
about the proposed zoning.
